Estimates, not quotes
Every number on TravelCalc is an estimate based on public data, published guides and exchange rates. Real prices depend on season, availability and how you travel. Always check prices before you pay.
Entry rules
Entry and visa information is guidance, not legal advice. We link to official sources (such as GOV.UK and the US State Department) where we can. Rules change, so check the official page before you travel. You’re responsible for having the right documents.
Bookings with other companies
We don’t sell travel. If you book through a link, your contract is with that company and its terms apply. We aren’t responsible for their services, prices or customer support.
Our liability
We provide TravelCalc free and “as is”. As far as the law allows, we aren’t liable for losses from relying on its estimates or information. Nothing here limits rights you have by law as a consumer.
Using the site
Please don’t misuse the site, scrape it at scale or try to break it. Photos and data from third parties are credited and used under their licences (for example Creative Commons, GeoNames CC BY 4.0, OpenStreetMap ODbL).
Law
These terms are governed by the laws of England and Wales.
